Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026. Version 1 of this document.

This policy explains which cookies we use. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

1. Necessary cookies

They make the platform work and do not need your consent.

2. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

They tell us how the public website is used so that we can improve it. Only set if the Institute has activated the tool and you accept "Analytics".

ToolCookiesDuration
Google Analytics 4_ga, _ga_<id>, _gid, _gatFrom 1 minute to 2 years
Microsoft Clarity_clck, _clsk, CLID, MUIDFrom 1 day to 1 year

3. Advertising cookies (only with your consent)

They measure our campaigns and show you relevant advertising. Only set if the Institute has activated the tool and you accept "Advertising".

ToolCookiesDuration
Google Ads and Google Tag Manager_gcl_au and other _gcl_*About 3 months
Meta Pixel_fbp, _fbcAbout 3 months

4. Where these tools are loaded

Only on the public website (home, directory, legal pages, sign-in and registration). They are never loaded in the campus, the dashboard or the teacher, assistant, collaborator or administrator areas. Payments take place on Stripe’s own pages, which use their own cookies.

5. How your choice works

  • Nothing in analytics or advertising is loaded before you say yes. "Accept" and "Reject" have the same weight and boxes start unticked.
  • For Google tools we use Consent Mode: without your consent they do not set cookies.
  • Your choice lasts 12 months, or until we change the categories or tools, and then we ask again.
  • We keep a record of every choice, including refusals (categories, version, language, truncated IP, browser and date) for 24 months.
  • If you withdraw consent we delete the cookies of that category from our domain and reload the page. We cannot delete cookies that Google, Meta or Microsoft store on their own domains: you can delete them from your browser settings.
